• General Return Window for Returns Without Cause

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return without cause.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, with all original accessories, and in their original packaging.
  • For these returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returns without cause.

• Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective item or an item that is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective or incorrect item.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per the customer's preference, with no restocking fee.

  • Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the item for exchange. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
